Order fulfillment

Available fulfillment choices and any related fees are shown before payment in secure Stripe checkout. Local pickup orders are collected at the HIVE Market, 3425 Harrison Avenue in Cincinnati’s Cheviot DORA District, during the pickup window confirmed with your order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email info@jointhehivemarket.com within seven days with your order information and a photo. We’ll help with the clearest replacement or refund option.

Returns

Because infusion kits are food products prepared in small batches, opened products cannot be returned. An unopened order may be eligible for return; contact us before sending anything back.

Custom and bulk orders

Corporate, wedding and event orders follow the timing, quantities and fulfillment terms confirmed in the final proposal.
